Harvest Home will be celebrated at Trinity on Saturday, October 12th and Sunday, October 13th. This celebration provides an opportunity for us to give to others in thanks for all that we have been given. We will be setting up a Harvest Home display and collecting items to be given to the Food Pantry at St. John’s United Methodist Church, Hegins.  Over 300 people have been served by the Food Pantry so far this year.  The Food Pantry is in need of the following items:

  • peanut butter

  • spaghetti sauce

  • canned green beans

  • canned corn

  • canned spaghetti

  • noodles

  • red kidney beans

  • tomato soup

  • mac and cheese boxes

If you want to contribute financially, you may designate a donation using the “Local Assistance Project” line on your offering envelopes.  All money designated to this category goes to the Food Pantry where it is used to purchase meat and other perishables.  Thank you for your support of this important ministry that feeds the hungry directly in our backyard.
